2 Bone-in Pork Chops
1 Tbsp Boomz Sambal
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
1 – In a bowl, stir everything together except for the Pork Chops. Then add the Pork Chops in the bowl to marinade for at least 20 min. Overnight is even better.
2 – Heat oven to 425F. Place empty sheet pan inside the oven to warm. Let the marinated Pork Chops come to room temperature. When the sheet pan has been in the oven for at least 10 min, it will be hot so be careful when you take it out. Place the Pork Chops on the sheet pan (they should sizzle). Drizzle half of whatever marinade is in the bottom of the bowl over the meat. Slide Pork Chops into oven & set timer for 10 min.
3 - At the 10 min mark, take the Pork Chops out. Flip the Pork Chops over to the other side and drizzle the rest of the marinade on top. and slide the pan back into the oven for approximately another 6-8 minutes. Bake until the internal temperature reaches 140F. Rest the meat for about 5 mins before serving.
NB: We like our pork slightly pink when you cut into it.
