14oz pkg firm tofu, sliced into small cubes
2 Tbsp yuzu ponzu
1 Tsp Sibeiho AF Chili Chunka Sambal
½ Tsp ginger, grated
2 scallion greens, diagonally chopped for garnish
A few dashes of Togarashi
1 – In a bowl add the Tofu, Yuzu Ponzu, Sibeiho AF Chili Chunka Sambal and Ginger. Mix carefully until tofu and dressing are incorporated.
2 – Add a few dashes of Togarashi and half of the Scallion Greens. Mix lightly then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This lets the dressing fully penetrate the tofu.
3 - Before serving, toss lightly to refresh, transfer to a serving bowl and top with the remaining Scallion Greens.
