1 Tbsp Sibeiho OMG! Sambal®
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
4-6 pcs chicken thighs, bone in, skin on (this can be adjusted to your favorite chicken part, the cooking time may vary)
Optional: lemon slices, onions, rosemary
1 – In a bowl, mix together the Sibeiho OMG! Sambal, honey and soy sauce. Add in chicken and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
2 – Heat up your oven to 380°F. Place chicken on a sheet pan. Add the optional ingredients if you have them. Slide the sheet pan into the oven when it has heated up to 380°F.
3 – Set the timer for 35 - 45 min. The chicken should be golden brown & the skin should be nice and crispy. If you're unsure if the chicken is cooked, check with a thermometer, the internal temperature should be 165°F.
4 – Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to allow the juices to settle. Transfer to a platter and serve. You can enjoy this chicken hot from the oven or at room temperature. You can eat it on its own or with some steamed rice.
