This OMG! Sambal winner sheet pan chicken marinade is super easy to pull together with just three key ingredients. It can be adapted to fish (like salmon) and firm tofu as well.

This OMG! Sambal winner sheet pan chicken marinade is super easy to pull together with just three key ingredients. It can be adapted to fish (like salmon) and firm tofu as well.

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp Sibeiho OMG! Sambal®

1 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp soy sauce

4-6  pcs chicken thighs, bone in, skin on (this can be adjusted to your favorite chicken part, the cooking time may vary)

Optional: lemon slices, onions, rosemary

METHOD

1 – In a bowl, mix together the Sibeiho OMG! Sambal, honey and soy sauce.  Add in chicken and coat well with the marinade.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. 

2 – Heat up your oven to 380°F.  Place chicken on a sheet pan. Add the optional ingredients if you have them. Slide the sheet pan into the oven when it has heated up to 380°F. 

3 – Set the timer for 35 - 45 min. The chicken should be golden brown & the skin should be nice and crispy. If you're unsure if the chicken is cooked, check with a thermometer, the internal temperature should be 165°F.

4 – Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to allow the juices to settle. Transfer to a platter and serve.  You can enjoy this chicken hot from the oven or at room temperature.  You can eat it on its own or with some steamed rice.
