Step into the kitchen with Chef Holly from Sibeiho and experience the warmth, flavors, and traditions of Singaporean Asian cooking—just like what she enjoyed as a child spending vacation time with her 阿妈 Grandma and Aunties.

Learn how Singaporean food is possibly the ultimate global food with its multi-cultural influences from Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Nonya cuisines. Growing up, Holly learned how to make everyday meals using foundational cooking methods that became invaluable when she went off to college. Now, she’s excited to share these time-honored skills with you!

Important Information

(1) Food Allergies & Sensitivities

There will be meat, nuts, gluten etc used in these settings.  If your child has any food allergies, sensitivities, please email us at hello@sibeiho.com BEFORE you book the classes in.

(2) Lunch & Snacks

Lunch: the group will be eating the food that they make together as a communal activity. Please pack snacks for them if they are super fussy eaters. 

(3) Information Pack

We will send out a Summer Cooking Camp Pack by the end of April with more detailed information (what to wear/ pick up and drop off info/ activities update)

(4) Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before May 1: Full refund minus a $85 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations on / after May 1: no refunds.
