June 18 2024 – Hello Sibeiho
We were over the moon to be invited to cook in the Food52 kitchen studios in Brooklyn NY in the spring of 2024. Because our catalyst for starting the Sibeiho brand was cooking Oregon Dungeness Crab ala Singaporean Chili Crab style, we had to share our love for this dish with Chef Cesar Perez & the Food 52 team. It makes us so happy to have our unofficial Singaporean national dish (we have many!) featured on a renown foodie website like Food52.
