AF Chili Chunka Sambal is Sibeiho’s tangy, garlicky hit wonder that brings bold, spicy, and umami flavor to your meals—imparted to us by the legendary Auntie Feathers, who made hers to go with her homemade Kueh Pie Tee and crackling Five Spice Roast Pork. 🐖🔥 A cherished family friend, Auntie Feathers fed Sibeiho co-founder Holly Ong growing up and taught her how to make this iconic version—which is perfect to eat with  Singaporean favorites like Hainanese Chicken Rice. 🇸🇬
