Singaporean Chili Crab is a crab dish that we love to eat for special occasions back home. It is usually enjoyed as a joyous communal eating experience when we have overseas visitors or key milestones celebrations at seafood restaurants.
All of the sambals are distinctly different, but all are delicious. My favorite switches from week to week. My favorite thing to put sambal on is rice with a fried egg on top. OMG Sambal has an amazing amount of umami and funk, which is surprising for a vegan condiment. I love it so much!
