A special collaboration between Chefs Liz Cowan of Three Little Figs and Holly Ong of Sibeiho. This jam blends sweet, sun-ripened figs with gentle sambal heat. Rich, savory, and slightly smoky with a touch of spice, it pairs perfectly with cheeses, roasted meats, or as a glaze for holiday roasts.

ONE-OF-A-KIND SAUCE DISH
Custom-made for Sibeiho’s Holiday Collection by Oregon ceramicist Amy Jermain of Ammatra Ceramics. Each hand-thrown piece uses locally manufactured dark toast clay with natural speckles that echo Oregon’s beaches and volcanic rock. Finished with a matte Sea Salt glaze in hues of white, sand, and sage, every dish is uniquely handcrafted—perfect for serving sambal, sauces, or small bites.

Liz Cowan crafts small-batch jams as the founder of Three Little Figs, blending global inspiration with Pacific Northwest roots. A former fashion stylist turned culinary alchemist, she infuses each jar with worldly flavors and a love of good food and company — bringing creativity and sophistication to every spoonful.

Holly Ong, chef and co-founder of Sibeiho, creates award-winning sambals in Oregon inspired by her Singaporean heritage. Her bold, joyful flavors celebrate culture, community, and connection, transforming everyday meals into vibrant multicultural experiences that bring people together through food.

Amy Jermain is an emerging ceramicist whose minimalist yet striking pieces reflect Oregon’s landscapes. With thoughtful textures, colors, and organic forms, she creates functional art that sparks joy through both sight and touch.
