1 tbsp Sibeiho OMG! Sambal™
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
4-6 pcs Chicken Thighs, bone in, skin on (this can be adjusted to your favorite chicken part, the cooking time may vary)
1 – In a bowl, mix together the Sibeiho OMG! Sambal™, Honey and Soy Sauce. Add in chicken and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to a day.
2 – Heat up your grill to medium high heat (around 350°F). When the grill is at the desired temperature, place the chicken skin side down onto the grill. Cook for about for 4-5 minutes on each side until grill marks appear. Keep the grill lid closed except when turning the chicken.
3 – Turn down the heat to medium low, then cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side until done. The internal temperature should be 165°F.
4 – Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to let the juices settle. Transfer to a platter and serve. You can enjoy this chicken hot off the grill or at room temperature. You can eat it by itself or with some steamed rice.
