In a random encounter at La Perlita, one of our fav local coffee shops, we met Gabriella. It was a kismet moment filled with delight in meeting an amazing maker with incredible culinary skills and oh so generous with her knowledge, laughter and smiles. 

Gabriella is Guatemalan and Ecuadorian and new to Portland. She stands for women and wants to uplift all women in the industry of food. Making desserts that you can’t get enough of inspires her to create chocolate confections made for everyone.

Gabrielle makes beautiful hand-painted chocolate shells filled with everything from caramels to ganache. These Holiday Bon Bons are extra special featuring three of Gabriella's favorites as well as three bon bons made in collaboration with Holly from Sibeiho®.
