Hot Mama Salsa's Nikki Guerrero was one of the first female crafters who's product we bought at the Portland Farmer's Market. We loved the flavor forward sauces that she makes and we also love her kind words of encouragement in our conversations with her. We are inspired by her food journey as she is one of the pioneers in the food makers scene here in Portland, Oregon.
