We've been having cooking fun with The Minnow to bring Singaporean X Pacific NW flavors to our foodie friends here in Portland. The Minnow aims to make fresh meals a breeze with their delicious, easy-to-assemble, chef-curated meals made with locally sourced ingredients. All things we love and also why we've partnered with them and Umi Organic Noodles to bring you this elevated meal kit.
We've chosen to use Umi Organic Noodles for this meal kit because we adore the quality of the noodles. We love the fact that it's made with locally milled organic wheat and whole grain barley. Plus we also ❤️Lola, the female maker behind Umi Organic!
We are fussy about laksa and ours is made with Aunty F's recipe. It is a taste of home that we've been eating since we were table height high. If you've spent time chatting with us, you'll know that we hate eating soggy noodles. Which is why we LOVE this partnership with The Minnow. Everything is portioned out and with a little prep at home, you can slurp your Sibeiho Laksa with perfectly QQ (that means bouncy) noodles. We won't even judge if you decide to make it a PJs, Netflix & Noodles night.
This Laksa* meal serves two happily.
