These snowy cold days means we crave for the warmth of turmeric, luscious soupy-based foods. It is crab season now in Oregon and we decided to make an ultra lux version of Sibeiho Laksa.
We are fussy about laksa and ours is made with Aunty F's recipe. It is a taste of home that we've been eating since we were table height high. We generally do not do noodle dishes for tingkats but we do feel that this one will be ok to travel.
Each Lux Tingkat will come with one whole Dungeness Crab, a veggie side and dessert.
We make all our Tingkats from scratch and in small batches. Sharing is caring so please max 2 sets per person per order. If you want more than that, please email us and we can have a chat.
Final ingredients may change due to market availability. Apologies for being unable to do single servings for this meal. All sales are final.
In the event of no-shows, we will donate the meal to the nearest shelter.
